Since 2022, I've been a Comprehensively Trained Pilates Instructor through Pilates Sports Center. My journey towards health and wellness began with a certification in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, 18 years ago. I honed my understanding of pain patterns and the pathways to breaking free from them. This foundation in corrective bodywork, coupled with my experience collaborating with chiropractors and physical therapists on accident, injury, and rehabilitation, translates directly to my teaching.
I hold an Associates Degree in Personal Training, along with certifications in Meditation for Stress Management and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. This specialized expertise, combined with my additional certifications allows me to offer a truly personalized experience.
My passion for holistic wellness extends beyond the physical. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I weave principles of energy work into my approach, fostering not just physical strength but also a sense of inner balance.

Sessions do not roll over, no refunds and all appointments must be paid for in advance. No gift certificates and no sharing packs. New Clients: If you're new to the studio, please be sure to book your introductory session first. Energy Work: All energy work and add-on sessions are performed while you are fully clothed, no exceptions. Cancellations: We understand that things come up, but we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a fee, up to the total session cost. Please note that repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary booking blackout. BackBody Pilates retains the right to refuse service.
